It is with a heavy heart that I post this story.
Wellington teen dies after partying with friends
This is why we are starting Campus Life. Because people who live life apart from Christ are destroying their lives, they are held captive by the sin and the consequences are devastating. My desire is that he Gospel would penetrate the hearts of students in Wellington, and lives would be saved, and families would be restored, and the bonds of sin would be broken.
Please pray for the family of this teenager, and pray that God would move in the hearts of the students I will serving. Christ has a life that far exceeds the desires of the flesh, and is far more rewarding the a life lived in nominal morality.
Fullness of joy and happiness can only be found in a life lived for the Glory of Christ. This story just reminds me of the gravity of the mission and the desperation of generation who does not know Christ.
